Welcome to KevinMadigan.net...
The idea behind this website is to have a place where I can place everything I've written for various publications over the years, instead of being scattered to the four winds, and have it available for perusal. An online portfolio, if you will. Is it complete? No. I'm constantly writing new things, which are being added as I go along. I've been a freelance journalist for ages, doing features, reviews, interviews and pieces on books, culture, business and most of all, music. I was the Online Music Editor for Creative Loafing, Atlanta's leading alternative weekly newspaper, and I was an Atlanta correspondent for MTV Online, reporting on local artists. In addition to my freelance gigs, I work as a professional translator and interpreter for a non-profit agency. Have a look at the contents and see if anything takes your fancy. |
